Excellent condition, no flaws. Pendant is solid sterling silver and plated in highly reflective palladium and 18kt yellow gold, with a genuine purple amethyst on top and clear or white genuine sapphire on bottom. Can be removed and worn as a brooch. Cameo is hand caved from tiger seashell and is absolutely stunning to behold with pops of natural purple and orange and creamy white.
